High-speed label detection sensor
The LabelX sensor has a small focal length and fast response, enabling high-speed label detection. By distinguishing between gaps and labels, the LabelX can detect a wide variety of adhesive labels with support for many different types of web materials. The sensor responds quickly, and if needed, a PLC can be used to monitor the discrete output signal status to indicate the presence of labels or gaps.
