MF5200 Series Oxygen Mass Flow Meter
The MF5200 series oxygen mass flow meter is a flow meter specifically designed for oxygen metering at floors and departments in hospital central oxygen supply systems. This oxygen mass flow meter features a detachable display, an RS485 network communication interface, and user-defined alarm functions to better enable network transmission and flow monitoring. The MF5212 and MF5219 can measure gas flow rates of 0~300 SLPM and 0~800 SLPM, respectively.
