The new SHT25 is the high-end model of Sensirion's next-generation digital temperature and humidity sensors. Compared to the standard model, the SHT25 guarantees higher accuracy (humidity 1.8%, 0.2°C typical). Like the humidity sensor SHT21, the SHT25 is fully calibrated and reflow solderable. It also adopts the DFN3-0 package, with dimensions of 3x3x1.1mm, and is a precision sensor chip with a new design.
