Swiss Sensirion digital temperature sensor
The STS21 temperature sensor and the SHT2x temperature and humidity sensor are based on the same chip design, offering superior performance with a compact size of only 3x3mm. The temperature sensor has a different I2C address from the SHT2x and is pin-to-pin compatible. Therefore, the STS21 is suitable for applications where temperature is a mandatory parameter and humidity is optional. Since the hardware is identical, users do not need to modify their hardware design.
