Near-infrared online moisture detector for tobacco leaf roasting sheets, moisture measurement and control device for materials on tobacco re-roasting production line
The optical probe of the online infrared moisture meter equipment emits near-infrared light sources of specific wavelengths, which irradiate the surface of materials moving on the production line. Water molecules selectively absorb specific spectral bands. The probe collects the reflected spectral signals from the materials in real time, converts the optical signals into electrical signals, and transmits them to the main control system.
