1451-type PCB board packaged pressure sensor
The 1451-type surface-mount silicon piezoresistive sensor is suitable for applications requiring high volume, small size, light weight, and automated mounting. The sensor is available in both gauge and absolute pressure types and is mounted on a ceramic substrate that supports surface soldering. The protective cover on the ceramic substrate not only protects the sensor chip but also provides a pressure inlet interface.
