The SFC3000 gas mass flow controller provides fast and precise gas flow control over a very wide range. The high accuracy and fast stabilization time of this product are mainly attributed to the CMOSens® technology. The digitally calibrated and temperature-compensated sensor signal is directly converted into a digital signal to control the valve.
