Online infrared moisture meter (also known as near-infrared moisture analyzer, online moisture detection system) is a non-contact industrial real-time moisture detection device based on the principle of near-infrared spectroscopy analysis. The device utilizes the characteristic absorption properties of water molecules for specific wavelength bands of near-infrared light, and through optical detection, spectral analysis, and algorithm computation, it accurately measures the moisture content on the surface and inside of materials in real time. It requires no sampling, no drying, and no contact with the material, and can continuously monitor materials on the production line around the clock.
