The silicon carbide-based ultraviolet photodiode SG01L–A5 uses silicon carbide (SiC) material, is suitable for the UVA band, has an effective detection area of 1.0 mm², and produces approximately 3.7 nA of current at a peak irradiance of 10 µW/cm².
