Wide-range multi-channel digital temperature sensor chip
The M401 wide-range multi-channel digital temperature sensor chip from MYSENTECH is based on a new CMOS mixed-signal process and includes one internal local temperature measurement channel and four channels that can drive external remote temperature-sensing transistors (NPN, PNP) or diodes.
