Bimetallic food thermometer
The probe tip of the Cooper Atkins bimetallic portable thermometer has a groove to indicate the minimum insertion point during temperature measurement. We do not recommend using a bimetallic thermometer to measure thin foods such as hamburgers. The dial of the portable bimetallic thermometer is a magnifying lens for clear reading of temperature readings. It also comes with a pocket clip designed with an antibacterial requirement and an attached calibration hole. The 1246-02C dial has a blue indicator line at 0°C for on-site calibration.
