Chlorine gas sensor (CL2 sensor)
The ME4-Cl2 sensor is a constant potential electrolytic type CL2 sensor. CL2 and O2 undergo corresponding reduction and oxidation reactions on the working electrode and the counter electrode, releasing corresponding charges to form a current. The magnitude of the current is proportional to the gas concentration and follows Faraday's law. By measuring the magnitude of the current, the concentration level of CL2 can be determined.
