Ozone sensor (O3 sensor) (low concentration)
The MQ131 gas sensor has high sensitivity to ozone, and also has certain sensitivity to strong oxidizing gases such as chlorine and nitrogen dioxide, while reacting in the opposite direction to organic interfering gases compared to ozone.
