Triaxial accelerometer
The CS-3LAS-01A triaxial accelerometer is a sensor used to measure acceleration. It adopts an imported high-precision MEMS-IC chip and features a BIMOS signal limiting circuit. Designed with the needs of multiple users in mind, it is manufactured using surface-mount technology, offering high reliability and robust packaging. Internally, digital compensation is applied to zero-point temperature drift, cross-axis coupling, and nonlinearity based on their characteristics, enabling it to meet technical specifications across the full temperature range.
