Online infrared moisture meter (also known as near-infrared moisture analyzer, online moisture detection system) is a non-contact industrial real-time moisture detection device based on the principle of near-infrared spectroscopy analysis. The device utilizes the characteristic absorption properties of water molecules for specific bands of near-infrared light, and through optical detection, spectral analysis, and algorithm computation, it accurately measures the moisture content on the surface and inside of materials in real time, without sampling, drying, or contacting the material, enabling continuous online monitoring of assembly line materials around the clock.
