French Humirel temperature and humidity digital output sensor
Based on high-performance humidity sensing elements, the new-generation HTU20D temperature and humidity sensor sets a new standard in size and intelligence: it adopts a dual-row flat no-lead DFN package, with a bottom surface of 3x3mm and a height of 1.1mm. The sensor outputs calibrated digital signals in standard I2C format. It offers diverse output modes, a wide operating voltage range, and high temperature and humidity accuracy.
