Dutch Smartec Infrared Temperature Sensor
The infrared temperature sensor SMTIR99XX series is a silicon-based infrared sensor based on a thermopile. The infrared sensor can be used for non-contact temperature measurement. Since infrared radiation characteristics are related to temperature, filters can be used to measure different temperature ranges. Mature semiconductor processes can reduce costs while miniaturizing the device. To meet certain applications, the opening angle of the infrared sensor can be designed to be less than 7°.
