The entire system consists of a near-infrared moisture probe, an on-site control host, an automatic air purge dust-proof component, and a mounting bracket. The probe's protection level is adapted to harsh conditions in mixing plants, such as high dust, strong vibration, and large temperature differences. It comes with a built-in lens purge device to reduce contamination of the optical lens by dust. It supports multiple signal outputs including 4-20mA and RS485 Modbus, and is compatible with the vast majority of new and old mixing control systems on the market, enabling quick integration and installation whether for new plant configurations or intelligent retrofitting of old sites.
