Hydrocarbon milliliter flow meter
The new SLQ series flow meters have no moving parts and offer high reliability and chemical compatibility. The MEMS-based media-isolated sensor is specifically designed for automation systems. These compact, highly sensitive flow meters enable precise and rapid measurement of dynamic flow rates. Additionally, bubble detection is also possible. They are suitable for media with flow rates below 100 ml/min. The highly sensitive CMOSens® microchip can detect nanoliter-level flow through a straight glass tube.
