Infrared flame detector
RD-913F lithium tantalate pyroelectric infrared detector is a thermal detector with extremely excellent performance. The Curie temperature of lithium tantalate crystal material is above 600°C, and its relative dielectric constant is small. Therefore, over a wide room temperature range, the pyroelectric coefficient of the material changes very little with temperature, and the temperature variation rate of the output signal is only 1-2‰. The temperature stability of the detector performance is very good, and the spectral response consistency is very good in the wavelength range of 1-20 μm.
