The entire system consists of a near-infrared moisture measurement probe, an on-site control host, an automatic air purge dust-proof component, and a mounting bracket. The probe's protection rating is suited for harsh conditions in mixing plants, including high dust, strong vibration, and large temperature variations. It comes with a built-in lens purge device to reduce contamination of optical lenses by dust. It supports multiple signal outputs such as 4-20mA and RS485 Modbus, and is compatible with the vast majority of existing and new mixing control systems on the market, enabling rapid integration and installation whether for new plant setups or intelligent retrofitting of old sites.
