Swiss Teviso nuclear radiation sensor detects beta gamma radiation X-rays
The principle of the BG51 radiation sensor is based on an array of custom PIN diodes. An integrated pulse discriminator with temperature-compensated threshold provides a true T TL signal output. The BG51 is capable of detecting beta rays (electrons), gamma radiation (photons), and X-rays.
