Air pollution gas sensor
The MP135 planar semiconductor gas sensor for air pollution detection (air pollution sensor, air quality sensor) adopts advanced planar production technology, forming a heater and metal oxide semiconductor gas-sensitive material on a miniature Al2O3 ceramic substrate, with electrode leads drawn out and packaged in a metal base and cap. When the gas to be detected is present, the higher the concentration of that gas in the air, the higher the conductivity of the sensor.
