Combustible gas sensor
The MP-4 combustible gas sensor (vehicle-mounted sensor) uses a planar semiconductor gas-sensitive element manufactured with advanced planar processing technology. A heater and a metal oxide semiconductor gas-sensitive material are formed on a miniature Al2O3 ceramic substrate, with electrode leads extending out, and the assembly is encapsulated in a metal base and cap. When the target gas is present, the higher the concentration of the gas in the air, the higher the conductivity of the sensor.
