The CR5211 DC current sensing sensor design provides a DC signal proportional to the DC sensed current. It is primarily intended for everyday DC power applications. The 2-10 ampere range utilizes advanced magnetic modulator technology, while 20 amperes and above utilize Hall effect technology. The CR5211 has +/-5 VDC, is bidirectional, and is ideal for battery charging applications.
