Electrochemical ozone sensor (O3 sensor)
The ME3-O3 electrochemical ozone sensor is based on the electrochemical principle, utilizing the target gas to undergo corresponding oxidation-reduction reactions on the sensor's working electrode and counter electrode, releasing charge, and forming a current through the external circuit. The current magnitude is proportional to the gas concentration, thereby enabling quantitative measurement of the target gas.
