Fluorescence-based dissolved oxygen sensor
The fluorescence-based dissolved oxygen sensor is based on the principle of quenching of active fluorescence by specific substances in physics. Blue light emitted from a light-emitting diode (LED) irradiates the fluorescent material on the inner surface of the fluorescent cap, which is excited and emits red light. By detecting the phase difference between the red and blue light and comparing it with the internal calibration value, the concentration of oxygen molecules is calculated, and the final value is output after automatic temperature and pressure compensation.
