Organic vapor sensor
The WSP2110 semiconductor organic vapor sensitive element uses advanced planar production technology, forming a heater and metal oxide semiconductor gas-sensitive material on a miniature Al2O3 ceramic substrate, with electrode leads drawn out and packaged in a metal base and cap. When the detected gas is present, the higher the concentration of VOC gas in the air, the higher the conductivity of the sensor.
