SENSORE Limiting Current Type Zirconia Oxygen Sensor
The zirconia oxygen sensor SO-E3-960 can measure oxygen concentrations from 1 to 96%, with high accuracy and low cross-sensitivity. In most cases, only a single-point calibration is required. It is packaged in a TO8 housing with a hose connection and is widely used in medical oxygen concentrators.
