Silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor
The 1200 series is a temperature-compensated silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor with a dual in-line package structure. It achieves wide-range temperature compensation through laser-trimmed resistors, and adjusts the gain of the differential amplifier to correct for changes in the sensor's pressure sensitivity.
