The ultraviolet photodiode EOPD-265-0-0.5-CC is a low-cost SiC photodiode with high spectral sensitivity in the ultraviolet region (205 nm-355 nm). It is packaged in a TO-52 housing with a UV glass window and is RoHS and WEE certified.
