Electrochemical hydrogen fluoride sensor (HF sensor)
The ME3-HF electrochemical gas sensor is based on the electrochemical principle, utilizing the corresponding oxidation-reduction reaction of the measured gas on the working electrode and counter electrode of the sensor to release charge, forming a current through the external circuit. The current magnitude is proportional to the gas concentration, thereby achieving quantitative measurement of the target gas.
