Electrochemical hydrogen fluoride sensor (HF sensor)
The ME3-HF electrochemical gas sensor operates based on the electrochemical principle, where the target gas undergoes corresponding oxidation-reduction reactions on the sensor's working electrode and counter electrode, releasing charge. This forms a current through the external circuit, and the magnitude of the current is proportional to the gas concentration, thereby enabling quantitative measurement of the target gas.
