The FS5001B series gas flow sensors are specifically designed for the measurement and process control of various low-flow gases. This series of sensors is manufactured using our company's self-developed micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) flow sensor chips, suitable for various clean and dry gases. The sensors adopt surface-mount installation, making the installation dimensions more compact and enabling easy integration of multiple sensors in small spaces.
