The 1451 PCB-mount pressure sensor
The 1451 surface-mount silicon piezoresistive sensor is suitable for applications requiring high volume, small size, light weight, and automated mounting. The sensor is available in gauge and absolute pressure types, and is mounted on a ceramic substrate that can be surface-soldered. The protective cover on the ceramic substrate not only protects the sensor chip but also provides a pressure inlet interface.
