Bimetallic Food Thermometer
The probe tip of the Cooper Atkins bimetallic portable thermometer has a groove to remind the minimum insertion point during temperature measurement. We do not recommend using bimetallic thermometers to measure thin foods such as hamburgers. The dial of the portable bimetallic thermometer is a magnifying lens for clear reading of temperature readings. It also has a pocket clip with a calibration hole and designed according to antibacterial requirements. The 1246-02C dial has a blue indicator line at 0°C for field calibration.
