The ATF function signal generator can output 32 standard or internally stored fixed waveforms, with a minimum output of stable waveforms down to 1 mV (50Ω). It features overvoltage, forced current, output short-circuit, and reverse voltage protection circuits, making it a highly cost-effective signal source.
