Global Water Conductivity Sensor for Water Quality in the United States
The WQ-Cond conductivity sensor uses 4-electrode measurement technology to provide accurate readings of conductivity and temperature over a wide range. Since the conductivity of ionic solutions increases with temperature, a built-in temperature sensor provides automatic temperature compensation of 2%/°C relative to the standard 25°C. The built-in interface module converts digital conductivity and temperature data into two independent 4-20 mA signals, which connect to data loggers and programmable logic controllers (PLC) devices respectively.
