Infrared flame detector
The RD-913F lithium tantalate pyroelectric infrared detector is a thermal detector with excellent performance. The Curie temperature of lithium tantalate crystal material is above 600°C, and its relative dielectric constant is small. Therefore, over a wide room temperature range, the pyroelectric coefficient of the material varies very little with temperature, and the temperature change rate of the output signal is only 1-2‰, resulting in very good temperature stability of the detector performance. Moreover, the spectral response consistency is very good in the wavelength range of 1 to 20 μm.
