US NovaLynx Barometric Pressure Sensor
The 110-WS-16BP air pressure sensor uses a piezoresistive sensing element that responds to changes in resistance corresponding to changes in air pressure. The resistance is converted into voltage, and a microprocessor (or other data processor) calculates the air pressure at the altitude where the barometer is located.
