The SHTW2 is Sensirion's second-generation WLCSP (Wafer-Level Chip Scale Package) humidity sensor, providing a complete digital temperature and humidity sensor system in an ultra-small size, almost integrable into any application scenario. The SHTW2 uses flip-chip packaging, a mature technology representing the simplest and smallest packaging method for semiconductor chips.
