The Siargo MF5600 series mass flow meter from the United States
The MF5600 mass flow meter is specifically designed for applications requiring the display and meter body to be separated, such as hospital oxygen supply systems and small air separation systems. The meter's standard industrial user interface (RS485/4~20mA) and user-defined alarm functions better enable remote or networked monitoring. The existing products are the MF5612 and MF5619, which can measure gas flow rates of 0-300 SLPM and 0-800 SLPM, respectively.
