Product Introduction

I. MF5600 Mass Flow Meter Product Overview:

MF5600 SeriesMass Flow MeterSpecifically designed for applications requiring separation of the display and the meter body, such as hospital oxygen supply systems and small air separation units. The meter's standard industrial user interface (RS485/4~20mA) and user-defined alarm functions enable remote or network monitoring. Current models are MF5612 and MF5619, measuring gas flow rates of 0-300 SLPM and 0-800 SLPM respectively.
