The optical probe of the online infrared moisture meter emits near-infrared light of specific wavelengths, which irradiates the surface of materials moving on the production line. Water molecules selectively absorb specific spectral bands. The probe collects the reflected spectral signals from the materials in real time, converts the optical signals into electrical signals, and transmits them to the main control system.
