Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) sensor
The MP502 gas sensor is an air quality gas sensor for measuring VOC gases. It uses a multi-layer thick film manufacturing process, with a heater and a metal oxide semiconductor gas-sensitive layer formed on two sides of a miniature Al2O3 ceramic substrate respectively, led out by electrode wires, and packaged in a TO-5 metal shell. When the detected gas is present in the ambient air, the conductivity of the sensor changes; the higher the concentration of the gas, the higher the conductivity of the sensor.
