German AMT Water Quality Sensor Ozone Sensor
The German AMT ozone sensor is based on the electrochemical amperometric principle and can rapidly analyze dissolved ozone (O3) in water on-site. It is suitable for natural surface waters, industrial waters, and marine environments. O3 diffuses into the sensor through a gas-permeable membrane, first undergoing a chemical reaction with the electrolyte solution to form an electrochemically active compound, which then diffuses to the working electrode. At the working electrode, this active compound is oxidized, generating a current signal corresponding to the partial pressure of dissolved O3 for quantitative analysis.
