The 2238 series features tempered glass lens and stainless steel container clip. 2238-06 is very suitable for monitoring the process of killing yeast in dough. Yeast is dormant at 17.2°C and most active between 26.7° and 35°C. The product is NSF certified and has a stainless steel clip.
