The FS5001B series gas flow sensor is specifically designed for the measurement and process control of various small flow gases. This series of sensors uses our self-developed MEMS flow sensor chip and is suitable for all types of clean, dry gases. The sensor adopts surface-mount installation, making the installation size more compact and enabling easy integration of multiple sensors in small spaces.
