Gas mass flow controller
The SFC4000 gas flow controller provides fast and precise flow control over a very wide range. Based on CMOSens® technology, the digitally calibrated and temperature-compensated sensor signal is directly converted into an analog signal to control the valve. Thanks to this principle, this mass flow controller is immune to electromagnetic interference.
