The SFC4000 gas flow controller provides fast and precise flow control over a very wide range. Based on CMOSens® technology, the digitally calibrated and temperature-compensated sensor signal is directly converted into an analog signal to control the valve. Thanks to this principle, this mass flow controller is immune to electromagnetic interference. The SFC4000 mass flow controller is equipped with an analog interface (0-5 V) for stable and precise gas flow control. The required power supply is 14 to 24 Vdc.
